a community choir in Wirksworth, Derbyshire
The River runs concert was lovely even though we say it ourselves! it was very wam and the bar sold out of soft drinks but not wine - most unusual - and there are some pics from various members and friends on the events page
RYV is a community mixed choir in Wirksworth, formed in April 2009, purely for the joy of singing! We ring the changes from a selection of genres, mostly in four part harmony, offering a warm welcome to all, when good craic and camaraderie abounds!
We love to learn new songs but we also have many a soft spot for the tried and tested old favourites we fish out for fun!!.

Simply come along to Wirksworth's Wellspring first floor space, where sessions are held on most Thursday evenings from 7pm-9 pm. Weekly subs are £5 pp.
No auditions, no experience necessary, BUT please contact us before you come so we can email you the song sheets to print off.
